Guest Julia59 Posted December 23, 2005 Report Share Posted December 23, 2005 I have a little encouraging news----------They both went to talk with the Doctor today to discuss the surgery on Jan 5th. They will remove the tumor and 12 inches of his colon. He will be in the hospital 5-7 days---she told them it's more likely to be 7 days.She told Debbie the biopsy was positive for cancer on Wednesday, but told them today they will be more positive when they actually see the tumor, the size of it, and if any has spread to other organs or lymph nodes. I'm not sure what that means----maybe it's just a tumor---not cancer---i'm not sure.
