Brain Fog Hacks?

Hi, still new to this, but I was wondering if anyone had tricks for brain fog. I have lived with bipolar disorder for decades and had been fairly stable for a while when I came down with POTS. I can tell the difference between depression and brain fog (mostly), but the medications and tricks that work for the former don't seem to apply to the latter.

Has anyone had experience with this? Are there things I can do?
