lexcyn
I have questions for all of you last night I was not feeling right before I went to bed, not horrible but just not right. I went into my room and took my medicine and blood pressure witch was 105/45 hr 65. A little high for me even though I was sitting up. I played down and started getting dizzy so i sat up then started getting really hot and started to sweat. I played back down, got dizzy, sick to my stomach, head ache started, stomach started to cramp, and started to feel shake. I checked BP which was 104/56 BP 54 so that was somewhat normal. It scared the crap out of my and I started having chest pain but figured that was just an anxiety attach by then. I almost went to the hospital but didn't. I feel better today but I still don't feel right can't put my finger on it except that I am really tired. Does anyone have idea what happened or has anyone ever had this happen? icesktr189
yes this happens to me every night... it could be low bp that brought on adrenaline surges or just over doing it that day. also pms is a big trigger for me. hope you start feeling better. I used to panic a lot when it would happen, but now I just chug some water, lay down, and try to relax.
mully2014
I will get a lot of those same symptoms right before I'm about to faint if I get a warning. By now I'm used to having those feelings a few times a day so I don't panic but it is never something I think you can get fully used to. WIsh you the best and hope you won't have anymore of those spells!
